Improved usability and clarification of legends
The option to download images in PNG format has been introduced. The definition of each climate indicator is now displayed when clicking the question mark next to the climate indicator selection. Legend titles have been clarified to explicit note change of indicator for the indicators in question.
It is now possible to download map images in PNG format. The downloaded image reflects exactly what is displayed on the map. Images cannot be downloaded while the map is in full-screen mode. Maps showing the reference period, robustness, and standard deviation can also be downloaded.
Buttons for downloading GIS data and map images are available in the map service. A download link is now also provided below the map.
A question mark is displayed next to the climate indicator selection. Previously, it displayed a general explanation of a climate indicator. It now displays the definition of the selected climate indicator.
The titles of the legends for the climate indicators have been clarified to make it clear when a change is being shown. For example, the title “Surface temperature” has been changed to “Change in surface temperature”.
